Pro-Activ Building Group was founded to close a gap we kept seeing in the market: strata schemes, commercial landlords and homeowners needed a building contractor who understood not just construction, but compliance — WHS obligations, capital works planning, and the reporting that owners corporations and insurers actually rely on.
Today we work across strata maintenance, commercial fit-outs and de-fits, residential renovations, remedial project management and preventative maintenance — backed by WHS inspections, building condition reports and causation reports that hold up under scrutiny.
